- As someone with no experience of British football, League One or Leyton Orient in particular. Why do you feel you were appointed Manager of Leyton Orient Football Club?
- 90% of our squad has played at a level higher than League One. Why do you feel that you have struggled to get the team to perform?
- Looking at your current statistics, Orient will finish the season with 48 points. In 11 of the last 12 seasons that sum of points will get you relegated. Have you plans for Orient in League Two for next season or do you expect to be fired if we are relegated?
- Other new managers at similar clubs in League One have been the catalyst for better results, notably Mark Robins at Scunthorpe and Justin Edinburgh at Gillingham, this hasn't happened for you at Orient. Why do you think that this is?
